Epic Armageddon Gathering in Łódź

5 stołów, 10 Armii, 10 graczy i ponad 5 godzin świetnej zabawy! Tak można podsumować pierwsze  spotkanie graczy Epic Armageddon w Łodzi.

5 tables, 10 armies, 10 players and more than 5 hours of exciting games! That's how you could sum up the first Łodź Epic Armageddon player gathering.

Po raz pierwszy mialem przyjemność współorganizować tak duże spotkanie graczy Epic Armageddon, frekwencja dopisała i zajęliśmy 5 stołów w klubie Stargraf (który przy tej okazji serdecznie pozdrawiam!). Ponieważ było to pierwsze tego typu spotkanie, gry które rozegraliśmy były nastawionę na naukę/odświerzenie zasad rozgrywki. Na poszczególnych stołach walczyły ze sobą:

For the first time I had the pleasure to co-organize such a big Epic Armageddon gathering. With 10 players we used 5 (out of the 6 total) game tables in Stargraf. Since this was the first (of many I hope) time we mainly learned/refreshed the rules. The games that were played (at least some):

Adeptus Titanicus VS Ork Speed Freaks

Zdjęć niestety mało, organizowanie i pomoc w rozgrywkach zjadła cały czas jaki miałem dostępny, dlatego możecie zobaczyć tylko te kilka sztuk. Gracze mówią, że bawili się świetnie więc imprezę można zaliczyć do udanych!

Not to many photos since organizing and helping with the rules took almost all of my time. The players say they had loads of fun so I think we can call this party a success!

Ku mojemu zdziwieniu najpopularniejszą Armią zlotu byli Space Marines (4 Armie) następni w kolejce Byli Orkowie i Gwardia Imperialna z wynikiem 2, stawkę zamykają Eldarzy z Adeptus Titanicus z wynikiem jednej armii. 

To my surprise, the most popular Army were Space marines (4 armies) next were Orks and Imperial Guard (with 2) and closing the list were Eldars and Adeptus Titanicus with 1.

Udało się delikatnie rozruszać środowisko, zmotywować graczy do pomalowania swoich armii (bo wspominałem, że wszystkie 10 armii było pomalowane prawda?) i odświerzenia zasad!

We successfully managed to motivate the players to paint their armies (did I mention that all 10 were painted?) and refresh the rules!

Następny krok to kolejne wspólne granie, bo skoro armie już są i zasady odświeżone to nie pozostaje nic innego jak grać! 

Next step is more gaming since the minis are painted and rules know there should be no more obstacles right;)?
